Abstract:
In his talk, Professor Bert Keirsbilck will address the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/633 on unfair trading practices (“UTPs”) in the agricultural and food supply chain in selected jurisdictions (BE, DE, FR, NL) and its relationship with general private law.
